Last Updated: 18 September 2026
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("Policy") applies to the website located at gesturestage.com and the services offered by Gesture Stage ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our platform to do the same. This Policy describes how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and outlines the procedure for submitting such notices.
1. Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notification ("DMCA Notice") to our designated Copyright Agent. Your DMCA Notice must include all of the following elements to be considered valid:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
2. Designated Copyright Agent
DMCA Notices must be submitted to our designated Copyright Agent using the following contact details:

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on our platform was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our Copyright Agent. To be valid, your Counter-Notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled

- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person
3.1 Processing of Counter-Notices
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant who submitted the DMCA Notice. We may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days after receiving your Counter-Notice, unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice from the original complainant that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material in question.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our platform or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is any repeat infringement.
5. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. This includes liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorised licensee, or by us, as a result of our relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing.
6. Good Faith Submissions
We only process DMCA Notices and Counter-Notices that are submitted in good faith and comply with the requirements described in this Policy. Incomplete or improperly formatted notices may be disregarded or returned for clarification before any action is taken.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Policy to our platform. Your continued use of our platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle copyright-related matters.
